.66 c peanut butter
1.5 c rolled oats
.25 c coconut oil
2 tbspn LSA mix
12 fresh dates, pitted
2 tbspn white chia seeds
1 tbspn honey
2 tbspn raisins
Desiccated coconut to coat balls, optional
Place everything into the food processor and pulse until combined.
Roll into your preferred size ball, coat in coconut if you like it and pack loosely into a storage box and place into the refrigerator for a while to firm up.
These are very nice if you like the peanut flavour.
I didn’t have LSA on hand so used a little linseeds, sunflower kernels and almond meal as replacement. I also substituted sultanas for the raisins…I think dried apricot would be a good addition too.
