The good thing is, now I am finally getting over the very persistent flu that has been warping my perception for the past few weeks, I think am just starting to get a glimmer of a quieter, more content way of getting through the days.
Mind you, it has taken two and a half years, so maybe about time, but I am starting to see a teeny glint at the end of this looong dark tunnel...it is mainly about how one slows down ones mind and focuses ones energy, at least that's my theory, anyway.
This has been helped a little just this week, I should say, by receiving a few more orders for box cards from a lovely lady who doesn't mind being the "middle man"...I'm thinking I will have to put her on commission soon. These box cards take quite some time to compile, as I like to vary each of them up so they don't become boring to make, and as already indicated above, time is NOT of the essence here in my craft room...and I do see the sheer luck I have to be able to say such a thing. However, more of those later...
The last couple of days I have been putting together a little package to send off to Yorkshire to the lovely Lynn, following a VR from the Cranky Crafter on You Tube...I have never involved myself in anything like one of these before, so it has been quite interesting...working out what to send, making a Dotee doll, (Cecilia) and getting it all organised and posted off...I felt, as it was have a happy day challenge, that I really didn't have any choice but to participate.
Bye now,
Di xx
