I was very slow to purchase one, not because I wasn't interested or thought they wouldn't be useful, but because I didn't want to pay the delivery from America or Europe. They were simply not available locally.
Over stamping a sentiment to intensify the colour, over stamping an outline of a multi stamped image after colouring, production stamping, using a variety of ink colours, I could go on, there are so many techniques a stamp positioning tool makes far more easy and successful.
I have been thinking for a while about stamping onto wet water colour paper and so today I had a play.
I made a background using some Neocolours and water soluble Reeves crayons, stamped some flowers and leaves using the same crayons and a couple of Distress Inks in similar colours, then put them together into two cards for Mother's Day, coming up in May for us here in Australia.
